Description

MOBIL ATF D/M 6 PACK CASE provides excellent oxidation and friction stability, anti-wear properties, and low-temperature fluidity desired for most automatic transmissions.

Mobil ATF D/M 6 pack case is designed to provide reliable performance across a range of operating conditions. Its oxidation stability helps resist fluid deterioration over extended service, while its high viscosity index helps maintain lubricating protection in hot weather and at low starting temperatures.

The fluid is formulated to help protect against rust and corrosion, including at soldered fittings, and contains an anti-foaming agent. It is compatible with synthetic rubber seal materials and provides lubricating characteristics intended to support quiet operation, smooth shifting, and wear protection. Its controlled friction properties help deliver smooth, efficient power transfer across normal operating temperatures.

ExxonMobil recommends Mobil ATF D/M for applications requiring GM DEXRON® IIIH, Ford MERCON®, or Allison C-4 specifications. It is not recommended for GM DEXRON® VI, Ford MERCON® V, MERCON LV®, MERCON SP®, Type F ATF, or other applications outside those listed. Always check the vehicle or equipment manufacturer’s service manual for the required fluid specification before use.

Mobil ATF D/M may also be used as a lubricating oil in certain rotary air compressors under specific service conditions. Consult the compressor manufacturer’s service manual to confirm suitability. For automatic transmissions, check fluid levels regularly and replace the fluid at the intervals specified by the manufacturer; severe driving conditions may call for more frequent changes.
